I have a job interview with a cbs affiliate and was wondering what I should be looking for as far salary. I currently work in a smaller market as the art director this would be graphic designer underneath the art director. I am just under 40 k now
I am a broadcast design in NY. I am at NBC but I have worked for CBS in NY as well.
If you've got some experience under your belt I'd say to take a staff position for no less than 50k. Freelance should be no less than $30/hour.
I'm making just over 60k now and that's with 4 years in the TV industry and I feel it's too low (but don't we all?) |
