Are you asking this because you're not sure of what to say? Employers are asking this because they want to know what kind of positive attributes can you bring to their company. They want people who will be a great asset to their company so that their clientel will improve. And they want to know how you can do that. It's a silly question, but a necessary one. They also want to know how committed you are to them if they hire you. Good luck.
coz its me and no1 else! n than add smth that can prove u r the one they need. like working experience,or knowledge of the field, foreign languages, comunicative... whateva is important for the vacancy u r applying for, but dont try to show u r Universal, no one likes it!
Tell the hotel manager exactly why you are sitting across from him with your resume in hand.
