I need help conducting survey questions. We are selling keychains/laniards and scarves and I'm not sure what survey questions I should create. Please help?
First determine what it is that you want to find out.
For example, you might want to find out how often people purchase keychains. So, you would ask:: How often do you purchase keychains? Do you buy them for yourself or do you buy them for gifts? How many keychains have you bought in the last year? Do you prefer big keychains? Do you like keychains that attach to your belt?
