Preferred customer card? |
I work for a company that requires me, as a cashier, to sign up customers for a preferred customers card, it comes with coupons and magazines but I have trouble getting my goal for the day! (people often say no...) any tips..... I really hate even asking customers in the first place but I have to do it! It sounds like the problem may lie with your reluctance to ask. Why not present this as a special way of thanking your customers for shopping with you? Ask your customers if they would like to receive a free gift just for coming in today... Then tell them about your program in glowing terms. Be sure to tell them it's free and comes with no obligation.
