I have bad experiences with UPS again and again and again, but never with FedEx. Why is that? is that because they are bad or they suck? Do you favor FedEx or UPS?
FedEx is more expensive then Ups. FedEx requires that the driver get signatures for all its deliveries (unless you request them not to), with UPS it's up to the driver. You get what you pay for.
Unless the package specifically states a signature is NOT required, any UPS driver that is not getting a signature is FORGING one.
if you dont require a signature with UPS then it's up to the driver. I've heard it many times from their reps.
A signature is required unless you chose the "No signature required" option. Read the shipment forms.
