EBAY Paypal question..please help!? |
I am new to selling on ebay. I received payment via paypal, then chose to have the money in my paypal account transferred to my bank account. It is saying it is completed according to paypal, but no sign of the money is showing in my checking account. Whats going on? I dont wanna ship this item until I am sure I will get paid! You have been paid if the money showed up in your paypal account. If you had ordered a debit card from paypal you could have take the cash from any atm machine. It always takes a few days for the money to hit your bank account when you transfer it. I have run thousands of dollars through paypal and never had a problem. Ship the item or you might get a negative feedback from you buyer. I get paid through Paypal quite often. Their transfer to you bank account is an eloectronic transfer. Different banks update their electronic transfers through different systems, and this normally takes 24-72 hours for the payment to show up in your account. However, if you have validated your account through Paypal (ie they sent you two small transactions to test to make sure the transfer info is correct) then you don't have to worry. It will be there. If it hasn't been validated, then wait 3-4 days to make sure it gets in. SO it is best to have your account validated first. Once validated, you can be confident the transfer will be fine. Please, be very careful with Paypal, they hijack customer's money so they can day-trade it and put the profit in their own pockets. So they usually use "Money on hold" or "suspicious activities" as an excuse to use their customer's money. Please check this out, and please notice that they advertise another product. Since I don't know this product and I don't know anyone who does you should distrust it too.
