For those of you with a graduate degree?

what's your degree and how much do you earn?

I have a Masters degree in history, but I am still working on my Ph.D, so it is difficult to gauge my earnings. Honestly, I currently work at a $32,000 a year job, but it is only temporary while I finish my degree. My likely starting salary after is probably around $45,000, but that can easily be bulked up by publishing, and will vary based on where I live. Sure beats working retail!
I have a MBA in Health Care Policy and Administration. While the money increased with the designation, what was far more impressive was the amount of opportunities that opened up. The biggest factor in obtaining an advanced job is to take a chance and apply for a career in which you feel is "out of your league" you would be surprised what your personality and clothing can accomplish.
