How can I find out if a company has filed for bankruptcy? |
The company is in Victoria, located at Dandenong I found an article about your question on the answer search engine. The link is in my source. Source(s): http://h8k.info/188/ A company can't file for bankruptcy as only individuals can. Companies go into receivership (where a indepentent person takes over usually they have an accounting background) then into liquidatorship where an auctioneer selling all the companies assets off to recover the money to pay their debtors. Look in the local newspaper they usually put them in there in the classfieds section. |
