What's a good sick excuse for work?

I need an excuse to get off of work tomorrow. My boss already gave me some time off for a soccer tournament I played in, but I need tomorrow off.

What's a good medical excuse? I don't want to use the whole car broke down thing (as that can get complicated). I figured a medical excuse would work, as I work at KFC (and no one wants contaminated food). But exactly should I say? Stomach flu? Bowel problems? Fever? Food poisoning?

Keep in mind I worked there today, so it has to be something I caught in between then and now. And when should I call? before 11 AM, or after 2 PM? I'm supposed to go in at 4, but cannot go, and do not want to ask for more time off.

Head ache, migraine call at 11 and say it is really bad so you are going to take a nap if you can and will see if you feel well enough later. Call back before your start time to say it isn't better. Sometimes you get them and they only last a few hours but some can last days.
say you have a vaginal infection and suffer a lot of pain, (if your manager is a male they will not want details)
tell them your thorwing up. they wont want you coming in if your puking.
Tell your boss that your body pain or fever. this 2 promble your boss cant see right?
