Paying cheques into an rbs business account?


Are there only certain people within the business that are authorised to pay cheques into the account? Do the bank need anything other than the cheque to pay it in?

The bank do not require any identification or authorization to pay into an RBS business account. As long as the person has the account number and sort code they can make a deposit. Source(s): Senior Financial Controller who banks with RBS
