Got a mail from microsoft corp and i just won the lottery which they held monthly is this true? |
they give me natwest bank uk as the paying bank LMAO - no - not even close Microsoft doesn't hold lotteries I treat such messages as Spam to be safe! its true like flying pigs If you have not approached them, it is spam. Never give your personal information over the internet-to anyone. Once you open the email, they know it is a legit address. You will be receiving lots more spam. Same thing happened even to me few times and i dont really know whether its true or fauls but i felt its all bullshits. The best move is to validate the mail that you got by calling or getting in touch with microsoft corp. directly. There are many bogus messages circulating in the internet and sms which tell you that you've won something but before you can get them, you have to provide personal information and to advance some fees. If it sounds to good to be true.... It's spam!! |
