Can someone give me advice on first time homebuyers or any programs i can get in im only 20 i plan on buy 23?
Allmost all reputable lenders have first time homebuyers programs. Whatever you do, dont get a lender that is not a reputable lender, there are many online that I would stay away from. My husband and I are in our early 20s and we just bought our first home a month ago! Yeah!! lol, We were so nervous because we thought it would be hard and we didnt have ANY money saved up, but we went to First Horizons home loans and we got a conventional 30 yr. fixed rate mortgage with absolutely NO money down and no PMI ( private mortagage insurance) with an apr of 6.7 percent. It couldnt have been easier! Just make sure that you have great credit because I dont think we could have got this house and loan without great credit. You can do it! Good Luck!

Just wanted to mention our closing costs were also included in the loan as well so it saved us so much money that we were able to use for other costs associated with moving!
You should contact a lender to see what your options are. The only thing you'll get here is solicitations and people who really don't much, but think they do. Go to a real professional, a loan officer and your local bank. Good Luck!
