Where Can I Report That Limo Leather Stained Me on Wedding Day?!?


Last Friday, I got married. On the way to the reception, we were HORRIFIED to find that the red leather in the limo stained the back of my shirt a blood red! Thankfully none of it got on my wife's wedding dress, and I was able to wear my suit jacket for the rest of the evening. The limo company denies that it ever happened (despite us having a picture of my back).

My question is this: where can I report the limo company? I've heard of the Better Business Bureau, but don't know if it is worth the time/energy.
