What is the quickest and cheapest way to get cisco certified?
Take classes, pay the money, take the tests. There is no easy road.
That depends on your level of technical knowledge right now. Are you familiar with Cisco, do you work with it, how much can you learn on the job? If you are more than familiar and have a job that can give you access to the technology, buy a few books, go on line take a few practice tests and then take the real tests. That's how I got my MCSE. If you have no exposure or experience, find somewhere that offers a course. Considerably more expensive but there is no other alternative.
