Should I choose money or happiness?

I have gotten job offers that will pay me 25/hour starting out but it's not really something I could see myself doing for the rest of my life.. I want to work with computers but I hate the fact that I would have to go to college and from what I have read I won't be making a whole lot of money.

So what should I go for?

Always take happiness. No job is worth being unhappy over no matter how much money you earn.
Many thanks for the vote. Good luck with whatever you choose in life.

Happiness + Money

you cannot buy happiness. but in the situation I am in, I would much rather have a financially rewarding job, and be REALLY happy on my days off. Think of what will be best for you in the long run.
Why not take the job and while you're doing that, take some night classes to try to get a specialization or even degree in some computer science field? Then, you work now to be able to do something you love for the rest of your life.

Oh, and there's money in nearly every industry, and in a computer world, as long as you're willing to be always learning, you can make a ton.

For example- my husband just applied for an opening at his job that will give him twice what he makes now (and we're not hurting for money how it is). He doesn't meet the requirements for the position, but he's their number one candidate at the moment because of all the candidates, he's the only one working on a degree in "Information Systems Management".

Do what you have to do today to ensure securing what you want tomorrow.
Happiness!@ I chose money once and because I wasn't happy with the job, I ended up getting bad performance reviews and ultimately being discharged during my probationary period. So I was left with nothing. You NEED to be happy with your job, cuz if you're not, then it's likely your job won't be happy with you.
