Regarding job?

hi to all, I need advice regarding carrier. I am present working in BPO as an associate. I would like to shift my carrier in software field. I have completed MBA in HR and marketing through correspondence. and B.A degree(arts group). Please advice me which course is better for me to enter into software field.

Unfortunately, all your courses have been targeted away from software. At this point, no "courses" will help you get a job in traditional software unless you want to do something like data entry or CAD/CAM design.

For a traditional software job, you'll need a degree (bachelors, associate, masters, any one) in a technical field. A lot of people I've hired have come from Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications backgrounds, and not just computer science.

Some of your options could include Bachelors in IT from IGNOU (distance), BSc (Computer Science) and MCA.
