Im thinking about leaving a job after 3 months?

i usually stick it out for bad situations when it comes to employment but i am at the point when I dont feel happy i feel i should move on. this employer has a bad temper and im not about to have that.....But The only thing is ...getting questioned on interviews about why i was only here for 3 three months? any good advice??

You will need to explain your decision, but job hopping does not carry the stigma it once did. If potential employers ask, explain that you were looking for something different for your career. You can say that you are exploring your options and looking for a job you can grow into long term. Do not offer information they don't ask for. And do not talk about your past employers with hostility. Source(s): http://flexibleworkforce.blogspot.com...
just wait a little longer. About another 3 months.if your so streest out then tell your boss about the employe.maybe she/he can talk to them.
