Do you need some type of degree to become a funeral home director?

Do you need some type of degree to become a funeral home director?

First you need to go to mortuary school. Every state has different licensing requirements, so I would recommend you check with the state board that licenses funeral directors in your state. Most states require at least the equivilent of an associate's degree. If you go to www.mortuaryschools.com, it gives a complete listing of every mortuary school in the US. Good luck!
