Why does the boss gets to boss me around?

i meen just because he pays me money i never singed a form saying he may boss me around!!!

Because at work you are under complete control of your boss's every wish and command. Doesn't authority suck?!!
Tell him that & see what happens
When you started work, did you have to sign a contract? This is the form saying you agree that your boss gets to boss you around!
Some of bosses do that so accept it. If you don't want he boss you around, be your own boss. Try to think of your own business!
He's the boss, it's his job to tell you what to do. Now how he does it, that can be a totally different argument...
Exactly, because he pays you money. If you don't listen to him, then you don't get the money.
this person is higher then you on the food chain sorta speak so if you do not want to be bossed become your own boss .
