When does a good worker becomes a SLAVE!!!? |
I麓ve always had a GREAT relationship with my boss...but suddenly he changed and treats me like a slave...I always do things as he likes...but now if I made a mistake (insignificant things) he just makes a BIG deal out of it....what happened?? I used to be his favorite girl...and know he treats me like he treats everybody else....should I talk to him or wait to see if he comes back to normality ?? In my experience it is always best to confront them. It has always worked for me. It seems like once you show them you have a backbone you earn their respect. When you start believing you are a slave. Start job hunting... "his favorite girl" ?? He's probably being careful not to favor you and put himself in a position that's unprofessional or unethical. "I always do things as he likes" It's obvious it makes you become a slave. In my experience if you listen to or do whatever your boss/manager says, it's a mistake. Why? Cuz you are "challeneging" them and they might think that you're up to something... It's possible that others who also are doing good work spoke to him about the differences in the way you were treated, and now he is making an effort to treat everyone the same. That's only fair...and professional. |
