What do you think about a job that requires you to produce a certain amt of sales to keep the job? Are you being paid a salary? Drawing allowance? Do they give you a transportation allowance? If the answer is no to one of these questions don't take it. It is not worth it. Peace and blessings! Too much pressure...find another line of work, for your self esteem's sake and for your mental well being's sake. Its a job that probably pays you well in commission, but if it doesn't quit! You need to be a people person. There is nothing wrong with commission sales, it will just be harder to keep the job. So you have to be prepared to constantly be giving 110% to every single customer, no matter how cr*ppy you're feeling. If you can't sell a certain amount - why would you want to stay?!? Tried sales - got out. well i don't know about maintaining a certain number of sales to keep the job.... but what about only getting paid on what you sell? Take a look at the following: http://www.foodle.net/employment/srep.ph... Easy sales model based on performance. |
