Green companies?

What are the best "green" companies to work for?
Have you or do you work at one?
What do they look for in a new hire?

Seen something about it on the Sundance channel and was curious.

companies that make positive contributions both to the environment and to their shareholders by outperforming their non-green are green companies.
Any company will look for a person who accepts challenges and reach an individuals goal as well as their companies goal
