Have you ever seen a BPO voice/accent manual in a bookstore in India?


Do you think it would help you if it also had an audio cd with it?

You can try the Oxford book store or Landmark. But I don't think they name it as a BPO manual. It may certainly help but I don't think anyone has so much patience to read those kinda books..........
Not seen any books in Indian stores.
U would need an audio cd with it to pick up the accent.
