Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?

my boss told me that i am the only employer with big balls in his company .. i can't tell what he ment by that,is that a good thing or a bad thing !

Depends on which situation he was referring to. Having no balls (LOL, 'cause I am a gal), I am going to guess that it was a compliment.

I would say that if there was a negative scenario that led up to it, or something that was offensive to him, that is was negative.

If there was something that happened that was favorable to you or him, I would assume the comment was positive.

Either way, I would take it as a compliment. He is basically saying that you stand out from the rest. use that to your advantage, but don't go overboard...you don't want to be the "black sheep" at work and be the outcast.

Sounds like he thinks that you are willing to stand up for yourself or for what is right...which is a good thing, within reason. So many people in the workplace are so concerned with being "politically correct" that it is nice to see people that will defend their positions (appropriately) and say what needs to be said or do what needs to be done, even if it was against the norm.

Congrats for having "Big Balls!" (LOL)

I would take it as a compliment, unless you get fired.
Both. He might have meant you are a risk taker or he thinks you are a person who can stand up to your boss.

Try to find out what really is his assessment of you.

Peace and blessings!
This would depend. Were you at you desk or in the shower at the time?
