Working papers question?

If i get working papers and then I go on a job interview and they took a part of the paper and then I dont get the job, can I get the paper back? Plus it had my social security number on it, is that ok?

Well, of course you can get it back, it's yours. Call them and politely say you need your original papers back for your records. There is no reason why they can't just photocopy your documents and return the originals to you. It is routine to provide your social security number to potential employers. It's your responsibility to keep an eye on your credit reports and bills to make sure someone hasn't stolen your identity. We have to be cautious, but I would not worry about this instance too much.
Working papers? If you fill out thier job application, its their property, not yours. Ask about privacy protection.
