Can some one help me?

I started work about 4 month ago. I was happy at work and got along with my work collegues, however a month ago a new member of staff started work, and now she tries to do better then the others!! she thinks she know all and we don't. I don't want to work where I don't feel comfortable. What can I do, to b honest she only has a problem with me, and tries to change everything that I do. I feel low and stressed most of the time when she is around. Can you advise what I can do? Do you think I should leave work or stay the way I am?

Please help

These type of people are generally fast burners, and tend to leave organizations quickly if they don't get their way.

I suggest you outlast her. Do your job. Stay focused on what you need to do. I have a motto in my office, "Don't Feed the Bear." What it means to me is don't feed into another person's desperate attempts to grab attention. When the bear realizes she won't get a free meal from you, in the form of your visible distress, she will move on to her next victim. Source(s): http://www.automaticbuilder.com/bt45223/...
come out of your shell and put her in her place the bitchy cow has probably a history of similar behaviour
Is she your boss? If yes, you should go along if you want peace at work place. If she is not your boss, and her changes are really good (when you look at them objectively), why not accept them? And if the changes are not good, tell her thanks but you are not convinced. And why only you are having problem with her or she is having problem with you? When others could accept her, why not you?

I think there are some more facets to the problem. Pl. share them so that you will get better advice. In any case, my best wishes to you.
Tell ur boss !!

tell him/her that the new person is being like how u have told us.

go on its the best thing to do!

good luck!!
