Do you get nervous when your looking for a new job??

I have an ok job but now that i have more experience and a BA i want a higher paying job with benefits. But im so nervous leaving cause my boss really likes me and im going to feel bad... Im working with a staffing agency to help me find a new job, but how should i ever tell my boss that im leaving (whenever i do get a new job)???

What? are you THAT sensitive? Is your boss going to pay your bills? If {s}he is a good person {s}he would actually encourage you to seek a better job--especially with benefits! Forget your boss! (s)he will understand. You should be concerned with getting that new job and not leaving the old one. I've had 17 different jobs in my life {I'm retired now} and I never once felt bad about leaving a job. That's silly.
Be strong and get that high paying job. That's why you went to college wasn't it?
Anyway, Good luckm
very, if i get one
Tell him the truth. You have to take care of yourself and you have to pay the bills - don't feel bad about that.
