How do you deal with it? Aside from quitting, which is not an option seeing as how you can't get unemployment if you do or I would have a long time ago.
Been there, done that. The best advise I can offer is to just throw yourself into your work and not worry about those around you. Learn all you can. Also, I just kept applying for other jobs and moved to a new one without being unemployed. Just keep submitting your resume and save your sick days for interviews, and use your vacation time if you have to. Try using an employment agency & let them know the situation so they won't harass you with interviews you don't want. Be very specific about the type of job you want, the skills you have, etc. so they can match you up better. Good Luck
