I have a second interview with target today... what should i expect?


i've been reading other posts but they mention behavioral questions and i've already had some of those. are there more or should i expect something else? i was interviewed on the spot and she wanted to do a 2nd interview right away but nobody was available to see me so this other chick called me yesterday setting one up. its at 10:30, omg, 2 1/2 hours. help me!! fast! ...please lol

If you want the job, be yourself. What good is all the preparation for "mind games" if you have to keep pretending while you work there? I do think it's good to be prepared but you shouldn't be too prepared - have an answer to everything and such. Nobody likes a know-it-all. As I said: Be yourself, polite, interested, pay attention and ask some questions.

You should expect something else.Be on your best and stay calm or else being nervous can catch up to you.
You should expect them to offer you the job. A second interview is always a good sign.
