Have you seen help wanted adds for 5+ years experience paying 7.50 p/h?


Kansas City seems to be filled with them. Are these employers really serious?

It goes to show that the economy is NOT as solid as the government stats would suggest. There are a lot of underemployed people out there, displaced from careers that they haven't been able to get back into.

These employers can, in some cases, actually demand experience for an entry-level wage like that.

Not a satisfying answer, I know. I wish our leaders would open their eyes, though.

No, i've never seen this...but i've only lived in CA, MD, and VA.....oh wait, maybe in AZ!
What type of job pays this?( I guess if you are a cashier at a dollar store, than yeah, it makes sense. )
