where ur boss is actually nice, and your co-workers aren't annoying? I don't think a job like that exsists I have no problem with boss or co-workers, It's all in how you present yourself. The company that I temped at...for the most part, it was like that. There were of course times when the bosses annoyed me. However, for the most part, they were very nice, and the coworkers were the best people I've ever worked with. They were all very nice, and I wish I was in such company now. However, I could only temp for so long, I had to get health insurance. I think really the only way to ensure that your boss is nice and your coworkers aren't annoying is to run your own company. That way, you do the hiring, firing, and everything in between! I do, and I've had a few over the years. Part of the interviewing process is YOU interviewing the company. One thing I *always* do when I go in for an interview is take a good look around and see how the employees are acting towards each other. If everyone says hello to each other, stops to chat, et cetera, that means that the place is full of happy people. That means good bosses and employees. Another thing I look for is Dilbert comics. One or two... fine. no problem, but if the place is wallpapered with them, then the employees must find them funny. Dilbert is only funny if your place of work is unpleasant... do the math. Yes, good jobs and people are out there, the next time you interviewed FOR a company, interview the company in return. nope,mine is absulutly high school!!the stinky kid always sits by me!!gross. Nope. All my boss and co-workers are hilarious once you know them. The place where I work at has a anti-discrimination and equal opportunity working policy My boss is very nice....it is me!
