How do you deal with an ANNOYING COWORKER?????? |
one of the women who i often work with, unfortunatley, has OCD. She expects everything perfect. If I don't wipe glass right, she goes back to do it over again. If something is "dusted wrong", she tells me how to dust it and takes over my job to show me. "no, you're doing this wrong" is usually the most repeated phrase that comes out of her fat mouth. WHAT DO I DO TO PUT UP WITH HER? Your way is the best way. Her way is not the only way. You have to respect the differences each other makes at the same time and place. Each individual brings new light to a hopeless situation. Peoples ideas are one of a kind and even though you may think a coworker is weird, just remember your coworker did it the way experience led. Hahaha. I've worked with someone like her. I just tried not to do stuff around her coz if you do it her way all the time, she will just pick on you for something else. Her thing with you is just making sure other people see her being busy and doing something. I really think you should explain to her how you're feeling, she may not even know this issue is really bothering you. maybe if you weren't such a slob, she wouldn't have to tell you you're doing it wrong just let her do all your work hire a hitman try doing it right |
