I just realized that choosing a best answer is somewhat similar to choosing a best person for a job.? |
Does anyone else seem to agree, HR people? It seems difficult to pick one best answer, because there might be 2 or 3 that look good. It can be a very difficult choice in some cases, in others not at all. It depends a great deal on the question asked. If it is a choice of personal preference it can be very difficult. I let it go up for a vote, majority wins. If there is a serious solution needed I prefer to pick one that has a logical, well thought out answer. Even logical answers are often duplicated, then the first responder wins best answer. I agree, think of it this way. If you only have one job opening, you can only hire one person. I disgree It's easy for me. |
