Is there a case of not preparing job description? Any examples?



Why? Exapmles of the job.
I can't really find anything about it. I already know how to write one.

Every employee should have a job description , and this needs to be reviewed from time to time as systems and procedures change .
It is especially important to new starters as it will list main accountabilities and responsibilities.
Usually in large companies these descriptions are overseen by a group of senior managers who will use this as a basis to grade the job

I'm not sure I understand your question either, but I can assure you that all employees are entitled to a written job description.
