Working behind the camera?!?

If any one can give me any advice or help it would be great, i really want to get into the Tv business like behind the camera, even if its just a runner job.. How would i go about this? Any help would be great :0 Thanks

Try your local employment agency - they should help, without a fee
Write to the BBC, ITV, etc to their Human Resources Dept.
If still at school ask your careers teacher to tell you what qualifications you should aim for
Try visiting your nearest TV station (eg. Yorkshire TV at Leeds - employers usually like initiative, but don't be put off by a snooty receptionist!
