If you find out (after you've taken the job) that you were lied to in an interview, what do you do?

Would you quit? Stick it out and see if things get better? Confront the people that lied to you?

Confrontation is useless. You can't change liars. The only thing you will accomplish with confrontation is to burn bridges.

This happened to me, and I quit.
sounds like a scam.

talk to human resources, if there IS no human resources department, you're screwed.

quit asap.
Would depend on what the "lie" was.

I think I'd quit based on the many issues you mention.
i would go up to them and yell at them then quit. i would tell anyone who would take that job that the company is a Lie.
Get another job before you confront them. You don't want to be fired with no replacement job lined up.
Do you have any written copy of the original job description at all? If so, you could attempt to bring it to your supervisor(s) and calmly but firmly ask when you can expect to be given X responsibility and/or benefit.

In the meantime, get your resume in order.
