Situation where I have to move, can I get relocation advices?

Hi,
Situational Question. I recently graduated -- So if I do find work, even if it maybe in the same city, or 20-45 mintues away, I need to move. So how would or should I even ask for relocation assistance -- I would of course need 100% the help, because of no parent support. How much should I ask for or how to ask for?

I need the advice. Thank you so much!!!

Situation #2: If I bum off a friends house, how much or how can I ask for a bonus for not moving? I prefer moving though, in case of really really bad traffic in LA.

Some companies will pay relocation expenses if they find the right person but he lives in another city or more than a specified number of miles from work.

A new hire in the same city often does not get moving expenses paid, you already live there.

It can be asked at the interview if the interviewer does not mention it . Just ask, is relocation assistance available ?
