I have a problem? |
well there is a problem well i have a hard time findin a job a applyed every where i only have retail experience why is it so hard finding jobs in this world. why can't the employer's call me for an interview or give me a job. i do have a job delivering news papers. but im not makin no money most of it goes into gas and repairs i have 3 more years to pay my car off.what is wrong with this world? Hello- There is no good answer to your problem. I think most of us have been where you are. I moved to my present location almost ten years ago. There were reasons for being here, but let's just say that I did not want to at the time. I left the best job I have ever had, and it took nearly a year to find one I did not like. It took 4 years total to get where I am now. There are too many things involved for any one person to give a good answer. You sound sincere and like a hard worker. Delivering papers is hard work. I beleive you will find something. I assume you are in the states. Our country is still changing. There are few jobs for people who do not have some sort of skills, and even fewer jobs for those who do not have an education. If you have not learned any you need to. Your local state employment agency should be able to help. You need to put yourself where jobs are. Make friends who will network with you so that when they hear about a job they will tell you. Attend every job fair you can find. have a good resume. And for heaven's sake, everyone needs to be able to communicate in writing and conversation. Practice it! Remember that in this country, the more physical labor the job requires the less you will make. You can work with your back or your brain. The choice is yours. Don't give up, work harder. Finding a job is a big job by itself, but you CAN do it! Luck! Well you need something called experience. Have you gone to school? You need an education also... If you want to make more money try working at a restaurant as a server, you will make your money in tips. And while doing that go to school so u can get a real job. i can only say is "DON'T GIVE UP YOU CAN HANG ON" just try and try every time you apply make note those reason why you failed then for the next be sure to recover it and make sure your carrying your full of courage and belief that you are deserving for what job you looking for. YOU CAN MAKE It..i wish for your luck.. P.S if you believe in to yourself don't turn back to think turn straight to reach and when you reach it don't turn back instead bring them in to yours.goodluck.. |
