What is the minimum I can get paid in my situation?

Hi -- I need some advice from people in the working world and hr specialist or just an opinion/advice.

I can get paid 45000-50000 salary working in an industry that does not have much growth opportunities. But there is another company with excellent growth/learning opportunities, so what is the minimum I should get paid then?

My experience in school & parttime jobs & internships qualify for this position -- doesn't mean I got it, but just wondering how much I should look for?

I think employees also have to pay for parking, & traffic will be horribl though, experience is worth it! Any advice will help! Thank you so much!!! =D

You haven't given enough information to give an estimate on your potential salary.

However, if this other position truly has more growth opportunities, does it really matter how much less you will be making to start? How much longer will it take to meet and exceed your 45-50K in this new industry?
