What would be a good reply for....?



in a recent job application for a health insurance company they asked..

Please indicate why you would like to work in a health insurance call center.

other than the fatc that I NEED a job what would be an Appropriate answer

i think that the position would be both a challenge and very interesting. this is a new field for me and i am looking forward to the learning experience.
Look at this job from the approach that you like to help people solve problems. In this position, you will have the ability to find resources for people who need help from the health care industry.

And look at it from a bottom line point of view: you also want to ensure your clients find help quickly so you can be more productive in your job.
