Railway technician , Postal worker .
Sales, especially big-ticket items like real estate, luxury cars or yachts, luxury vacations, etc.

Any trade if you are good at it. Auto mechanic, truck driver, longshoreman, pipe fitter.
Sales if you have the personality and know your product. Car sales are OK but heavy equipment, housing, commercial building, yachts, timber and other things that require specific knowledge pay better.
Medical Coding. Choose the program from USCI, and be on your way! (Costs money and time - three months)
