Hi,, still i didn't get a job.. my friends told me to go a certain bank ,, BUT my problem is that i get embarrassed ,how to enter the building and what should i do there '' should i ask to see the manager or... ,, "" and what should say?? MOREOVER,, i sent my resume yesterday through e-mail to a company .. i didn't receive a message from them . So, when do you advise me to call them ?? i really need to work because i am BORED .. Yes. Ask to speak with the manager and when he approaches, shake his hand firmly and introduce yourself. When he asks what he can do for you, tell him you mailed a copy of your resume, but you brought one along just in case, and you are inquiring about the open position with the bank. Be assertive and confident, and even if you are nervous and embarrassed, do not let on. Just be yourself and be honest. You'll do fine. Wear appropriate clothing GUY: black khaki's, button up shirt, tie, nice shoes. GIRL: 3 piece suit,or nice slacks and a nice shirt. light makeup, nice shoes. (no flip flops or open toe shoes) I am a manager, and the people who show in person, get the job, before the people that call.
