How to tell a employer you resign?

I have no idea how to tell my Employer [[since i work at PetSmart]] that i resign & put forth my Two week notice. Anybody know how too? Thanks. I want to be on the re-hireable list not the terminated one. LOL

write a letter to him saying, "It has been a pleasure working for you, but under personal circumstances, i must inform you that i will be resigning in two weeks."
just let him know that you need to move on with your life he will prob ask you to put something in writing so that you cant file for unemployment and then you finish working your last 2 weeks and go from there
Write a letter to your supervisor, and give it to him/her two weeks before you want to stop working there. It doesn't have to long; short and sweet will do.
Just put it in writing first then discuss it with your employer once they read the written resignation. You have nothing to worry about just explain to them why you wish to resign.
A two week notice is the best thing you can do. I wrked in Kmsrt for three years and did the same thing every like 6 months to get some time out with my kids and husband. They All you have to write is when your last day will be and the reason. Give it to your HR maager and that's it.
Talk to your supervisor. Tell them that you found another job and you are leaving. It is best to be able to give at least 2 weeks notice so that you do not leave on bad terms. It sounds like you already have that planned out. Be very gracious and nice and tell them that you appreciated the opportunity to work there. Make sure you ask if you can use them for a reference for future employment opportunities.
TELL HIM THE TRUTH THAT HIS COMPANY SUCKS AND U WANT TO WORK IN A BETTER ENVIRONMENT
