Ok. Heres the deal. I want a job but i'm only 14, i know its possible for me to get one but i need ideas of where i can get one that will hire me at this age. but it has to be inbetween Haysville and Andover (Ks) which makes it really difficult. So... if you know any please tell me. thank you. If you live in a neighborhood with a homeowners association find out who the presdient is and talk to them. They will know most of the neighbors and may know of someone who just needs the kind of help that you can give. Are you a little bit techy? Call a REALTOR and ask if you can deliver flyers or work on their website or mow lawns for them or maybe clean swimming pools. Good luck I know of only one place that hires people at the age of 14, and that's Pizza Hut. They will hire you as a trainee and pay you around 3 or 4 dollars an hour. If all else fails, you can always find a job working with family or close friends who own a business. My best friend has worked for his dad and uncle since he was around your age, and he still works the weekends for them sometimes. Some grocery stores will hire baggers at your age, but I don't know if there are any in between the cities you listed. You could also try babysitting. There is good money in that. You could also do odd chores for people in your neighborhood. You could also start recycling. That was all things I did when I was your age to make some money. The most important thing is to have some fun! You will be grown up before you know it, and will have plenty of time to have a realy job! |
