Does I need to get any license from city hall if I'm going to start my career in make up?


Does I need to get any license from city hall if I'm going to start my career in make up? kind of like works in freelance or works at Macy's..etc.
Actually I was graduated from The Make Up Institute of San Francisco, I've got the certificates from there.

Cosmetologists are licensed and regulated by the State.

Working freelance or as an independent contractor, will require that you have a license/permit.

Yeah, you have to have any sort of business permit/license.
