Is a TSR or Technical support Representative a good job?


this is in connection with the previous question on career shift.?

That is basically what I do. Been doing it for almost 2 years. The money is good but that is about all to me. I am ready to move on from this. If you can deal with the attitudes and people calling in mad at you and cursing you out and you haveing to be nice to them anyway, then you can do it.
yes, its good job, if you can deal with the people calling some rude others not, the pay is good
