Work problems (part-time) should I quite (if I get another job) or stick through it? Please help!?

I've been working at a store for 3 weeks now-I'm not picky: can work ANYTIME, EXCEPT Mon/Wed for college(let the managers know BEFORE hired)
1ST: I was hired + given a schedule-MON was 1 of the days. I told the manager, who got angry + said "Well, I hope you're prepared with only 1 day of training". She wasn't going to reschedule, though it was her mistake.
2ND: New schedule came out: I work WED! Went back to the manager + told her I can't work that day(she took it off).
3RD: Monday I checked my messages>work called: I was scheduled 10am THAT morning-WTF?! After college, I stopped in + talked to the manager. It turns out the schedule change on Fri/Sat without telling you, and you MUST come in SAT after 1pm for the new times. They forgot:I CAN'T WORK MON!
3RD: I checked my schedule today:I don't work at all. Huh,why? Manager wasn't there.

I am a polite and positive, never rude-what's wrong? I have a possible job lined up(same $$) If so, what should I do, quite? Or weather it out?

Quit and take the other job.

I assume neither of these are your "chosen career path" - they're jobs you're doing for a bit of extra cash to get you by while you're at college?

You can do without the stress you're getting where you are - so leave. Just be sure that you're other job won't give you the same problems and that you confirm that you can't work on your college days, preferably in writing so there is no argument later on.
Ok....KEYWORD HERE: COLLEGE.....You are in school to be something..To get a degree in something. Be someone of importance. Soooooo therefore.....this little department store is not a priority. Look dude ..they don't care ....these people working here couldnt care less about your career ahead or your college schedule. They are all about you being there to make poor pay and bring them in the big bucks. Find something else. DO NOT let some petty job stand in your way or get you sidetracked or even make you feel like you have to explain things over and over...your priority now is college...I understand you have to have money..but jobs like this are a dime a dozen..get to steppin...and tell em you ":forgot" to put in a notice before you quit...good luck....
You told them your schedule before you got hired. Therefore they hired you knowing that you aren't available those days. I would talk to your manager and tell her if you keep having scheduling problems you'll be force to quit. School comes first after all.
No one can tell u to quit or not, but depending on what I read it seems this store is not organized and small. Therefore, u might face same issues/problems in the future.

Personal suggestion. Talk to the manager and BE CLEAR of what they expect from your and what u expect from them. And clearify to them your Priority is school. If both of u don't agree then do what u want. But give it a try
If you have another job lined up why not? it can't be any worse.
