I dont know how to have well established career? |
i dont know how to ask my question , therefore i don鈥檛 know how to define my problem .... the problem that i have very low self esteem in work ,,, i cant remember i got the right training when i graduated ..when i compare my self to my brother ,,,i see how lucky he is "i am thankful because he has not my problem ." i see my family paying too much on his education and his training ..when I graduated i remember no training on the contrary a war started 鈥淚 live in awar zone 鈥?i jumped from job to job ....sometimes it is my problem sometimes it is there problem ...but here i am working , i have no problem in my current job because it is not so much difficult and i have a nice boss who appreciate whatever i do ...i have other opportunity to work in this organization ..it is easy job ..but the bad experiences in work get into me ..and i want to reject because i dont want to relive the experience to be rejected ,,on the other hand .i dont feel distictive in this job i am very scared to have the other job ,,,I have very good English skill 鈥?english is not my mother tongue 鈥?I have excellent computer skills 鈥 know I need to upgrade my skills but no opportunities and no money as well! Mentioning that I had lots of personal troubles all through my career ,,,,, my dad died by cancer ..my faince got sick ,,war started ..maybe I was not focused ,,,I enjoy blaming my self ,,, May be my words won't help you out in problems that you are facing, But what I perceived here, is that you have what you desire, Courage and willingness, You don't lack, Look at your sentences, You want to acheive and yet you are no where, This is bothering you, For me it is clear indication that you have enough guts to make a way for yourself, Now your job, I strongly feel that you are born entrepreneur, you have a problem with people because they order you to do something, Which obviously is not what you can tolerate, So I say take a risk of your life and start doing business, It is very hard to even imagine that someone is from war zone and yet have enough potential to be 'one', Don't blame yourself for the miseries, because these miseries are imaginary, you are ambitious, Use this potential, don't loose yourself by loosing heart and blaming yourself, Now look at this part, Your country needs you, Your country was engaged in a war now she needs Foreign exchange and you can bring it, Search what is required in your country, Commodities can be anything, Just go for it. I have a strong faith that you will be a someone really big By the way where you from? Former Yugoslavia? But I've learned the likes and dislikes and try not to repeat the dislikes. If a boss is willing to give you a chance to advance take it, learn from it. You won't know if that dress fits till you try it on! So what, your 30, Your at a prime level for employment opportunity. About your family, girl, it's time to cut those apron strings and that it's your time to fly away so you can have your life. When I was 30 I was at my lowest, my mother gave me something to build up my low self-esteem. A small poster with a phrase. I hung it by my front door. It will probably only make sense to those who need it, if you understand this phrase, please keep it, don't tell your family (they won't understand it) It's a simple phrase but powerful. It reads "I wondered why someone didn't do something, then I realized, I am somebody" Only you can take control of your life, sad to say though, you may have to tell someone else to get their own life, cause your going to start getting on with your own and their not invited. |
