I have no skills no trade but i need a good paying job what can i do? |
but college is out can't afford it If you have no skills and little education, You're going to have to do something that most people wouldn't. If you're a reasonably attractive female, stripping or prostitution can be very lucrative. Selling drugs (other than alcohol, unless that's illegal where you are) or other contraband is also very lucrative, but can have undesirable repercussions (the very laws that make it very lucrative (both for the sellers and for the law enforcement community) also make it dangerous - prison time or worse could be the result (funny how when a substance is banned, suddenly those who banned it start profiting off of it (seizures, fines, political power)). Other than that I don't know of anything that someone in your position could do. Depending on where you live, you could try getting government assistance for schooling (doesn't necessarily have to be college, could just be a trade school or some self-improvement courses). Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best. no worries illegal aliens got no skills either, but they do well here in America the land of welfare and free health care!!!!! If you can do manual labor, then call an electrician or other skilled trade and ask how to become an apprentice. You can get paid training and learn a valuable trade. Construction? You really aren't going to get a "high paying" job without a college degree or at least some type of marketable skill. Try looking at the classifieds of your local newspaper and apply for jobs through there. Just submit your resume and see what happens. If you live in or near a larg-ish city, there are always jobs available for house sitting, pet sitting, personal shopper, errand runner and etc. You'll have success finding such a job by looking for firms that place personal assistants. The jobs pay a daily wage, expenses or per diem and a gratuity (if you earn one!). You'll need to have reliable transportation, a clean criminal record and perhaps be bonded (a simple and inexpensive process). Become a bus driver at your local transit district. Wages are reasonable and benifits are usually pretty good. college is not "out"...consider the SUNY or CUNY system and possibly working on campus with financial aid and loans, it can be done. or go to school part time....or work in a fast food restaurant or provide EXCELLENT child care or apprentice yourself to a master in a trade and learn a skill. Where there's a will, there's a way....just do it. |
