What are some of the best jobs/careers for single mothers with no college degree that can earn $30K up? |
I am looking for a career that would enable me to earn a good living but also be available for my children who are stll in elementary school until 3pm. Childcare for extended work hours are not possible nor is family available to take over after school until 6 or 7pm. Good luck to you. If you can write childrens stories like JK Rowling you could be a billionaire in a few years time. She was a single mother but she had a degree....I suggest child care professional as a career. thats pretty tough then... my best friend started working at the mall, was there, moved up, and is now asst manager, making 45K a year, with no college, a 1 y/o, and pregnant again. if she can do it, anyone can. just keep looking, and good luch with whatever you find Hello T, suggest some reading for u. '48 days to work u love' 'what colour is ur parachute' read highlight underline reread make note rewrite (ur copy only) then ACT on what u learn. both books have info packs to help u find funding for ur future. ex street bum, biz owner now Medical Billing from your home is a very profitable career and there are many online training courses available in this field! I've been in this line of business for over 12 years and can tell you from experience that more and more physicians offices are going to outside billing agencies/private billers so that they can take that worry away from their staff and put the focus on their patients! And the great thing about working from home, as always is that you set your own hours....whether they be while the kids are at school, or late at night when they are asleep...and if you need to go to the school during the day for a conference or have a sick child or want to go on a field trip.....your the boss, you set the rules..you just file your claims around your schedule!! It IS possible to make money online and work at home, but stay away from those stupid "paid survey" sites. You ALWAYS have to fulfill their "terms and conditions" and at the end you have a credit card debt and are out more money than what you made. I've gotten scammed by those get rich quick ones too. Don't waste your money. I found one though after looking and I thought it was a scam too, but it was only 15 bucks so I thought i'd give it a try, and believe it or not it was totally real.
